Pull Request Overview
This is a maintenance PR that updates project dependencies by removing caret (^) version constraints and pinning to specific versions while also upgrading several packages to newer versions.
- Removed caret version ranges for all dependencies and devDependencies
- Updated multiple packages to newer versions including Next.js (13.1.6 → 15.5.3) and React (18.2.0 → 19.1.1)
- Updated development tools like Jest (29.6.2 → 30.1.3) and ESLint plugins
