Note: W was removed from the wrfbdy -- it is not used
Old erftools.utils.xarray.stagger, which is tailored towards interpolating in the vertical direction, has been renamed stagger_vert
Special treatment for U, V (stagger geopotential height) and for column functions (take slab average of geopotential height)
