Fixes the error/warning `Gtk was imported without specifying a version first.`
As the branch folders are available in git as actual branches, there is no need to keep them as separate subdirectories. * Move the currently active branch files up * Remove branch folders 0.1 and 0.2 (they are available 1:1 as git branches) * Adjust the scripts to point to the correct folders
