1. Made a non-rendering `h3` render as one (it wasn't CommonMark conformant). 1. Made the instructions section a semantic table (rather than `text/plain` badly transformed into `/html` via `/markdown`). 1. Added correct shebangs to some preformatted code that lacked it, because others contained them, making it inconsistent.
