fix for issue #166

Now that we have some pages that require navigation and I have had time to become more familiar with the tanstack router lib, is there a reason that we have chosen to use code-based routing as opposed to the file-based routing the documentation recommends?

Should this modal have navigation events:
- Profile - yes
- Settings - yes
- Project create - yes
- Project export - yes
- Project assign - NO
- User Add - yes
- User Edit - yes

All of these are possible without too much effort.
