Changes

  • Update the Go version to 1.24.
  • Upgrade the dependencies (go-ethereum v1.13.2 => v1.15.9).
  • Update logging setup (remove --backtrace and --debug flags).
  • Use packet types from v1.15.9.
  • Migrate golangci-lint to v2.
  • Replace Goerli with Hoodi.
  • Update the Dockerfile and GitHub workflows to adhere to the updates above.
