really cool i like it!

could you fix the issues you mentioned, but also:

1. Reduce the texture size so that there is not as much empty space in it. This will help reduce the bbscene file size.
2. Optimise the UV layouts and remove unused parts. There are currently lots of areas that are repeated, so use those multiple times rather than having them duplicated multiple times. This will also help reduce the bbscene file size.
3. Enable shading for the thumbnail image.
