The cache wiki.PageUuidCache was used to cache the page id related to a wiki and page name since it was faster to query pages by id than by wiki/page name. Since the move from JCR and the addition of the index of the WIKI_PAGES.NAME column in the database, the querying on wiki/page name is also fast. Therefore this cache is removed.
