[fixup] efl_loop_data [Fixup] Add missing efl_loop_data.h
The value from gettimeofday() has no consistency when compared to the values from GetMessageTime(), used for event inputs on win32. This patch uses timeGetTime() to get consistent timestamp value with the values from GetMessageTime().
Any leading space will cause ecore_exe_pipe_run() to fail.
