Implemented Solana Faucet Backend with Golang (Gin) and MySQL

Changes Made:

• Created a dedicated backend using Golang (Gin) and MySQL to handle all Solana functionalities.
• Implemented an HTTP request method for sending SOL via the Solana SDK.
• Developed an API endpoint to facilitate SOL requests from the Faucet on the frontend.
• Implementing Google reCAPTCHA Server-Side Validation.
• Created separate directories for the frontend and backend.
• Set Up Docker for the Development Environment.
