This looks odd. The idea of the enum and the config change is to setup this at the db extension level. For snowflake, somewhere in https://github.com/finos/legend-engine/blob/master/legend-engine-xts-relationalStore/legend-engine-xt-relationalStore-dbExtension/legend-engine-xt-relationalStore-snowflake/legend-engine-xt-relationalStore-snowflake-pure/src/main/resources/core_relational_snowflake/relational/sqlQueryToString/snowflakeExtension.pure
