Summary

  • Add repo-level guidance for AI pair programming, including ecosystem context and guardrails for cross-repo changes.
  • Capture Firestone-specific Python style, typing, and testing expectations in the shared instructions folder.
  • Refresh the README with ecosystem overview, generator matrix, updated install/run steps, and schema examples that reflect the newer metadata layout (kind, apiVersion, versionInPath, etc.).
