Continuation of the pull request #43.
This push request adds ability to change position of the bar dynamically. In config of the bar in
monitorfield you can userelative_focusorrelative_pointerto show the bar in a monitor where a window is focused or in monitor with a pointer respectively.It also has fix #42 and closes #38 and maybe #37.
