Removed the problematic code fragmend from fluffy-mods#53, updated references (Multiplayer API and Harmony)
added 1.3 tag
Begining of research tree parallelization (the step of reducing crossings is now instant)
Prefix was spaming the in-game debug log with useless infromation. Removed it since it didn't do anything else.
Further parallelization of research display loading process (speed up the "finalizing layout" part), commenting out unnecessary debug lines.
Added further code parallelization (finalizing layout step should be much faster now), code cleanup
Trying to fix the queue not working (research is finished but does not activate the next research in queue)
removal of the useless mod line that generatet errors despite the mod compiling successfuly

This isn't my code, and I know this is the wrong branch, but it looks like @Zemogiter has done the hard work of porting this to 1.3!
I'm not familiar with RW mods, so I don't know if the quality here is up to snuff.
