Adds function
pt.plot.cell_edgecontourthat takes in the axis, X- and YmeshPass, heightmap and threshold to produce the contour. Additionally has parameters for linewidth, linestyle, color and antialiasing. Antialiasing defaults to False, as this caused issues for some combinations of DPI+linewidth.Additionally fixes the AMR contour plot in colormap3dslice so it correctly takes in single variables as arguments.
