What does this PR do?
Issue:
Currently only
definition fileis being validated viaparseDefinitionFile(). ThedefinitionjsonandorgConfigare just parsed/logged without schema validation.Fix:
All 3 sources are validated against schema before merging, but merge order(precedence) stays the same.
