Organization Rename: LZeroAnalytics → 0xBloctopus (intents-stack)

Summary

Updates all GitHub organization references in the intents-stack Kurtosis package from LZeroAnalytics to 0xBloctopus. This includes:

• Package identifier in kurtosis.yml (breaks existing package imports)
• Repository URLs for oif-contracts and oif-solvers dependencies in Starlark modules
• Documentation references in README

This is part of a broader organization rename across all repositories.

Review & Testing Checklist for Human

• Verify target repositories exist: Confirm github.com/0xBloctopus/oif-contracts and github.com/0xBloctopus/oif-solvers are accessible and contain the expected code
• Test Kurtosis package import: Verify the renamed package can still be imported using kurtosis package import github.com/0xBloctopus/intents-stack
• Confirm no missed references: Search the repository for any remaining LZeroAnalytics references that might have been overlooked

Notes

• This is a breaking change for any existing deployments that reference the old package name github.com/LZeroAnalytics/intents-stack
