Rust 1.80.0 added some
FromIteratorimpls forBox<str>to the standard library (rust-lang/rust#125319), which means the currently locked version of thetimecrate no longer builds due to a type inference failure (rust-lang/rust#99969). Update thetimecrate to version 0.3.36, which fixes the build failure.
