Fix Frigg Management UI build failures by resolving widespread syntax and structural errors.
The UI was previously unable to build or run due to extensive issues including malformed JavaScript functions, mismatched JSX tags, incorrect ternary operators, duplicate imports, and inconsistent import/export patterns. This PR systematically addresses these problems to restore a clean build and fully functional Frigg UI.
