A semi running Version for Midnight

2 Weeks ago i let AI fix a lot of secret errors to have tiptac working for the time.

These fix are in no way correct or should be merged but maybe it helps you getting an idea of what problems exist with secrets.

Most of the tests i did where with /run SetCVar("secretChallengeModeRestrictionsForced", 1) at the Dornogal test dummies this is to test the restrictions active in a Key.

I also had these cvars active.

secretMapRestrictionsForced

@JanRogge - This is great - I just gave it a go and it seems to be working ok. I can't tell if there is anything missing, but so far nothing seems broken.

@frozn - can we merge this into the main branch?

@burntorangejedi This is by far not production ready and also would require a lot of changes to be compatible with the changes frozn already did to make everything really compatible.

Feel free to use my fork till frozn is ready but i bet his work will 100% better then what this is ^^
