somehow this resets existing user correctly

i also had a problem where the app would crash when it gets to |

+1 . This makes it drop untracked users more effectively. Without this, ofxOpenNI::getNumTrackedUsers( ) keeps increasing, sometimes even past what's set using ofxOpenNI::setMaxNumUsers(i). This made losing users more dynamic : ) |
