- Introduced a new internal flag in package.json to track completion of verse range labels and positions migration. - Implemented the `migrateVerseRangeLabelsAndPositionsForFile` function to reorder content cells and set labels for verse-range references. - Added utility functions for parsing verse references and generating sort keys based on parsed references. - Enhanced tests for verse reference utilities to cover new parsing functionality and ensure correctness.
