During testing of this library we found that a 504 gateway timeout could not be easily handled and requires this library to provide some access to the HTTP status codes from the cURL request.
This change would be considered a breaking change to anyone processing the result from any of this libraries methods.
Open to suggestion if you'd like a different approach.
