Interactic currently passes TooltipContext.DEFAULT to the item stack when getting a tooltip, which doesn't have a registry lookup. While that method is technically nullable, some mods (like Automobility) assume registries to always be present, and crash otherwise.
This makes Interactic pass in the whole World as context if it is present.
