Rather than Dummy being a template I want it to be installable and - importantly - something that can be updated. This reconfigures the repository to be much closer to the initial idea, with a new core
@gonzo-engineering/dummypackage serving as an engine that can be installed and configured, allowing publishers to focus on the business of writing and publishing.
