This PR sets up a workflow that lints the repository when PRs are made. Additionally:
.pre-commit-config.yamlwas addedpyproject.tomlwas added to hold lint rules and project metadataI'll make this PR a draft for now, and will mark it as ready for review once #39 is merged.
