• budget report new features in addition:
  • list all discretionary rolling budgets, etc
  • Drop down menu in transactions page
  • Option for adding new rolling budget
• upload spreadsheets directly
• Link to sheets
• Webpage state is independent of current session, implemented with asyncio, can view a running log of the latest actions and times
