This PR adds a short clarification under Compilation and Installation to improve the Windows contributor onboarding experience.

It documents:

  • the recommended use of prebuilt binaries on Windows,
  • the distinction between the core Faust compiler and optional subprojects,
  • the fact that Faust is a code generator (not a runtime),
  • and why some examples are not standalone.

This addresses the contributor confusion discussed in #1160.
