Changes Made:
Modified the match handling of
fork_context.from_context_bytes(gossip_topic.fork_digest) for the GossipKind::DataColumnSidecar variant.
Removed the phase-specific check for the Deneb fork. The loading of the DataColumnSidecar is now performed regardless of the fork phase.
Updated error messages to differentiate between known and unknown fork digests.
