Update TPC-DS kit with version 2.2.0 of the official kit

1. Updated the templates with the templates from the Offical 2.2.0 release
2. Added an MQM folder to hold query rewrites that are allowed per official TPC-DS spec ( MQM = Minor Query Modifications )

Thanks for putting this together. For the MQM rewrites, are for a specific system? Asking because I was thinking about creating another repo of just TPC-DS query templates for different DBMSs that could be maintained separately from the datagen kit.

Greg, you are very welcome. The MQM rewrites are specific to spark ( I have tested 1.5/1.6 and 2.0  ) . All queries compile only on 2.0 ...
