Software Engineer turned Cybersecurity Explorer
I build, break, and secure things. After a few years in full-stack web development (React, Node.js, GCP), I’m now deep-diving into cybersecurity through an MSc at the University of Warwick. My philosophy: curiosity drives everything---whether it’s architecting a serverless pipeline, designing secure authentication, or poking around Linux internals just to understand how things work.
- Current: MSc in Cyber Security Management @ Warwick
- Past: Full-stack developer, cloud tinkerer, team un-blocker
- Focus: Bridging development and security, building resilient systems
Languages & Tools:
React • Node.js • Python • Rust • Docker • GCP • Linux (Arch) • D3.js
Security: RBAC • Cryptography • Digital Forensics • Incident Response • Secure Network Design
Personal Interests: Homelab automation • Self-hosting via Docker • Learning by doing (& breaking)
- GreyWolf Keylogger (Linux, C) – Systems programming & security exploration
- MLS Post-Quantum Crypto Experiments (Rust) – Empirical research on PQC for secure messaging
- Homelab Media Automation – Dockerized "Arr" stack, Tailscale VPN, Linux integration
- Curiosity first: Always ask “why?” before “how?”
- Security by design: Not an afterthought, but a default.
- Hyperfocus: ADHD-powered deep dives---great for troubleshooting and research.
- Tinkerer's mindset: Whether at work or in my homelab, I love exploring, experimenting, and automating.
