Sub-taskHCK-13821 [BBVA][Oracle] Update properties of datetime in alter script of delta model

Technical details

Generate ALTER script when the properties of the following subtypes change:

  • timestamp: fractional seconds precision; with time zone; local time zone.
  • interval year: year precision.
  • interval day: day precision; fractional seconds precision.
