The project does not directly use the ddc crate - it only uses ddc-hi. Adding a direct dependency on ddc 0.3.0 creates a situation where both ddc 0.2.2 (via ddc-hi 0.4.1) and ddc 0.3.0 (direct dependency) are in the dependency tree. Consider removing the direct ddc dependency from Cargo.toml, as it's not used by the codebase and only adds unnecessary bloat.
