Using a PR rather than just a branch here since I don't have push access to the base repo.
It should be safe to merge, though, since I haven't done anything to the solution code beside augmenting
TCP.hsandconfusion.Rto accept a command line argument. The scoring and plotting python scripts are included, along with the solution output.Evaluation results are summarized in
eval/README.md.
