I was about to submit a patch for the ASDF 3.3 part of this PR when I stumbled upon it. @hankhero : do you plan to merge this one? It would help if the next version in Quicklisp would contain the fix. |

This branch contains build fixes for ASDF 3.3. It also contains the same fixes for Bazel as my previous pull request #15 .
