Laravel version
Laravel version has been upgraded to 11.x. As a prerequisite, sanctum has been updated to 4.x with other dependencies.
Remove support for PHP 8.1
Laravel 11.x now requires PHP 8.2.0 or greater. That's why support for PHP 8.1 has been removed. Also, test workflow now supports PHP 8.3.
Update actions/checkout
actions/checkoutv2 uses older version of Node.js trigger this below warning.It has been updated to v4 to remove the warning.
