Laravel version
Laravel version has been upgraded to 12.x. As a prerequisite, sanctum has been updated to 4.x with other dependencies.
Remove support for PHP 8.2
Laravel 12.x now requires PHP 8.2.0 or greater. That's why support for PHP 8.1 has been removed. Also, test workflow now supports PHP 8.3.
