This is a simple feature to enable the
print_isofunctions to also return necessary info todictformat if user changes optional keyprintout=False. This enables users to be able to pull out the string info located withinhapi.pyand is useful for queries.I kept default as
printout=Trueso that the hapi behavior is unchanged.
