…y 1 digit is specified. CO2 iso id's above 10 were loaded correctly, but saved using integers 9, 10, 11.. rather than the usual 9, 0, A.. which limits the iso_id to 1 digit. A Later load expects 1 digits, and load the local iso id's incorrectly, failing later parameter loads.

Fix for #16, DB stored incorrectly, when data includes iso_id's >=10
Added special handling to formatString to handle integers above >10, but specified as 1 digits only.
