add quick vars

adds quick vars, aka chest vars
-has a config setting for people that dont want it
-has a list of the 50 most recent vars (and similiar items like numbers, locations, sounds, ...)
-has a list of items the user pinned
-items can be un/pinned by r-clicking them

It means code that was edited here has been edited in the main project.
So, you have two different edits of the same code which means somebody needs to step in and fix it, and the conflict ui isn't very nice in my experience.
