Cell type, location and marker report

There're two types of reports:

1. one for each table [{table}_report.tsv]
2. all tables merged without duplications [ct_loc_b_report.tsv]

After analysing the two reports above, we found some cases that there're different markers for the same cell type and location.
The cases are listed in the cell-loc-diff-markers.tsv file.
