Run "npm run docs" manually to update main branch docs. It appears the docs have not been updated since 2021 when the Azure Pipelines job went away. There is not yet a Github Action to build and publish the docs. Signed-off-by: David Enyeart <enyeart@us.ibm.com>

It appears the docs have not been updated since 2021 when the Azure Pipelines doc job went away.
There is not yet a Github Action to build and publish the docs.
For now, just run "npm run docs" manually to update main branch docs in Github Pages
to pickup doc changes from the last few years.
