- Replace placeholder README.adoc with full project documentation covering architecture, installation, usage, and features
- Add ROADMAP.adoc with 5 milestone development plan from v0.0 alpha through v2.0
- Document the modular shell configuration concept (core, tools, misc, os, ui directories)
- Detail multi-shell support (10 shells) and idempotent operations
- Include technical debt items and non-goals
