Security & compliance fixes: - Remove npx from deno.json tasks (use deno run -A npm:) - Update guix.scm with correct project name and metadata - Update RSR_COMPLIANCE.adoc with accurate status - Update SECURITY.md with proper vulnerability reporting - Add comprehensive roadmap to STATE.scm All RSR compliance requirements now met.
