Fixed indentation (and obvious bug because of it). Removed some System.out logging, fixed other.

The purpose of this is that when running a second time, these can be put in the refetchUnfetchable pile immediately and not blocking the fetching of new pages. Rename the old uploads to unfetchables and refactored.
