This PR addresses issue #189.
Replaces packaging.version.parse usage with tuple-based SQLAlchemy version detection using sqlalchemy.version, removing packaging from runtime dependencies.
Note:
Build tools may still rely on packaging; this PR only targets runtime dependency reduction.
