Basic starter for react native projects with.

This starter created to:

• Start react native projects with multi language.
• RTL Support; Write style for (ltr), it will work fine with rtl.
• Change language on runtime without any problem

This project does not working with Expo, Because the native module : react-native-restart does not working with expo
