Bumps [braces](https://github.com/micromatch/braces) to 3.0.3 and updates ancestor dependencies [braces](https://github.com/micromatch/braces), [@angular/compiler-cli](https://github.com/angular/angular/tree/HEAD/packages/compiler-cli) and [@ionic/app-scripts](https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic-app-scripts).
