for cosmosvisor setup,
today I found some upgrade failure case due to timing issue and I think it can be solved with

Environment="DAEMON_RESTART_DELAY=5s"

in system service file.
without this, cosmovisor may result in failed to initialize database: resource temporarily unavailable
