Summary

  • centralize in-flight timeout config and signal fallback handling across OpenCode/Claude
  • resolve in-flight conflicts with freshness-aware merging and reset stale session caches
  • add pruning and unit tests for in-flight signals, cache resets, and grace handling

Superseded by PR #6 (fix/activity-state), which consolidates in-flight tracking fixes and updated defaults.
